According to Duane Diego, big home guard Yellowtail have bad breath, and they love to “Eat the mint.” 

While developing the first batch of limited edition “Detroit Diesel Green” jigs with our friends at Tady Lures we stumbled upon a new color. When you spray the fabled rattle can Detroit Diesel Green on top of a trusted mint colored jig a new unique version of mint shows up. We have coined this new color as “Winter Green” and the local home guard yellowtail have found it refreshing & delicious.
